04 Oct EVB Sport invited to speak at Festival of Biologics- Clinical Trials World Congress
From the 15th – 17th October The Festival of Biologics will take place in Basel Switzerland. The Festival combines four outstanding conferences, the European Antibody Congress, the World Immunotherapy Congress, the World Biosimilar Congress and the Clinical Trials World Congress to make one amazing event. The show brings together industry leaders to meet, discuss and showcase their work in the biologics, biopharma and immunotherapy fields, just to name a few.
The Congress hosts high-level speakers hailing from big pharma, biotech, academia, regulatory bodies, investor groups, and associations, discussing topics representing key challenges within their industries, new data, case studies and research.
Day 3 will be of particular interest to us here at EVB Sport. Not only is our Founder and CEO Chairing the Session on Real World Evidence, there will be presentations on Conducting Clinical Trials in particular working with Universities and hospitals in the trials and lessons to be learned on how to stick to a time plan.
At EVB Sport we have worked with University College Dublin, The Royal College of Surgeons, Trinity College Dublin and Dublin City University and so have our own experience with clinical trials. It takes time to get ethics approval, time to recruit participants and time again to get papers published. We are looking forward to learning from our colleagues when we are at the Festival in Switzerland on how to improve the process of undertaking clinical trials and getting papers published. This is of utmost importance to us as we continue to innovate and look for ways to improve the lives of so many women.
