How will COVID-19 affect my delivery?
Due to high demand for home shopping and the COVID pandemic, our couriers are reporting anticipated delays to the arrival of parcels. Our website contains our usual delivery time-frames but please be aware that UK parcels could take up to an extra 3 working days to arrive, EU an extra 7 working days and ROW an extra 10 working days.
Please allow extra time for your order to arrive with you as there are currently extra procedures in place which may cause delays in your local territory. We are monitoring the situation closely and will advise of any changes. If you have any specific questions relating to your order, please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you accept returns?
We are happy to accept returns within 28 days of receiving your item in the following circumstances -
- The item has been purchased via the EVB Sport and Core website
- The item is returned in its original condition, unworn with tags. (item’s will not be accepted for full refund if they have been washed)
-The item is safely packed to avoid damage in transit and contains either a copy of the original order/packing slip or a copy of the return request
Please note - When parcels arrive at our warehouse they must be set aside for 48 hours before processing can begin to ensure we’re following the government guidelines related to COVID-19. Therefore it may be 3-4 working days (excluding weekends) before you receive confirmation of receipt.

Do you offer free returns?
If you have changed your mind about an item, we unfortunately do not offer free returns but do hope to offer this service in the future.

I have purchased an EVB Sport and Core product, but have changed my mind.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us by email to confirm cancellation, and a full refund will be issued by the same means as your payment was made with no penalty within 7 days.
Should the item have already been dispatched, it will be your responsibility to cover the cost of returning the item to us, in the original packaging and fit for resale. A refund of the amount paid, less original shipping costs, will be issued by the same means as your payment was made within 7 days after we receive the item/s back.
I have received my order but it is damaged as a result of shipping.
Please contact us giving full details of the damage. It is crucial that you keep all of the original packaging
I have received my order, the packaging was intact, but the product is damaged, faulty or not fit for purpose
Please contact us immediately giving details of the damage or fault and retain all original packaging.
I have received my order in perfect condition but it does not fit or I have changed my mind.
If you receive an item and decide to return it, you can do so if and only if all of the following requirements are met:
1) The item must be unused, and still in the original packaging. If you have used the item at all (aside from trying it on, whilst wearing underwear in the case of our shorts,) it cannot be returned to us (even if it has been cleaned). The item also must be in perfect condition with no defects or damages and fit for resale.
2) Please contact us to confirm that you would like to return the item within 30 calendar days of receiving it. This time frame starts the day the shipping company delivers your item regardless of whether you immediately open it or not.
3) Please return the item in packaging which is at least as secure as that in which it was received.
If you return an item without all three of the above requirements being met, the item will be refused and no refund will be issued. It will be your responsibility to cover the cost of returning the item to us. A refund of the amount paid, less original shipping costs, will issue by the same means as your payment within 7 days after we receive the item/s back.
4) If you want to exchange for another size, please reorder your new size in the shop page and we will send this out immediately. We will refund you your previous order once we have received the item you want to return back to us.
I have been refunded less than my original payment amount - why is this?
We will always refund the original payment amount for all items meeting the refund criteria. If you have changed your mind about your item, your shipping costs will not be refunded. If you are paying in a currency other than EUR, exchange rates can fluctuate between the time of purchase and refund which may impact your refund amount.
You refuse the delivery of your order and it comes back to us.
If you refuse an item and it comes back to us, you will be issued a refund less our actual costs for shipping and handling.
Damaged during shipping
If the item is damaged during the shipping process, no refund will be issued until the shipping insurance claim process is complete. Once the shipping claim process is complete, you will be issued a refund in the amount we are reimbursed by the shipping company (minus the amount the shipping company charges us for the shipment to you and back to us). If the shipping company does not approve the claim, we are unable to provide a refund.
