RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We are very proud of our products and are confident that they are of the finest quality and produced by our reputable manufacturers with great expertise and precision.  However, we do know that occasionally things can go wrong and have set out here how we can help with any issues you may have in dealing with EVB Sports Shorts.

1. I have purchased an EVB Product, but have changed my mind.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, and you contact us by e-mail to confirm cancellation,  a full refund will issue by the same means as your payment was made with no penalty as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after the date of cancellation.  Should the item have already been dispatched, it will be your responsibility to cover the cost of returning the item to us, in it’s original packaging and fit for re-sale.  A refund of the amount paid, less original shipping costs, will  issue by the same means as your payment was made as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after we receive the item/s back in their original condition.

2. I have received my order but it is damaged as a result of  shipping.

Please contact us giving full details of the damage.   It is very important that you keep all of the original packaging until you’ve determined whether or not a shipping insurance claim needs to be submitted.  If any of the original packaging is thrown away, we cannot file a shipping insurance claim.   A shipping insurance claim can only be filed if the product has in fact been damaged as a result of damage to the packaging sustained during shipping.   Discarding the packaging or box contents will mean that we cannot replace your product without further investigation.

3. I have received my order, the packaging was intact, but the product is damaged,  faulty or not fit for purpose.

Please contact us immediately giving details of the damage or fault and retain all original packaging.  If it is necessary to return the item/s to us, a full refund will issue by the same means as your payment was made with no penalty, and including the cost to you of shipping the item back to us, as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days  after we receive the item/s back.

4. I have received my order in perfect condition but it does not fit or I have changed my mind.

If you receive an item and decide to return it, you can do so if and only if all of the following requirements are met:

1) The item must be  unused, and still in the original packaging.  If you have used the item at all (aside from trying it on, whilst wearing underwear in the case of our shorts,)  it cannot be returned to us (even if it has been cleaned). The item also must be in perfect condition with no defects or damages and fit for re-sale.

2) Please contact us to confirm that  you would like to return the item within 30 calendar days of receiving it.  This time frame starts the day the shipping company delivers your item regardless of whether you immediately open it or not.

3) Please return the item in packaging which is at least as secure and sturdy as in that in which it was received.

If you return an item without all three of the above requirements being met, the item will be refused and no refund will be issued.  It will be your responsibility to cover the cost of returning the item to us, in it’s original packaging and fit for re-sale.  A refund of the amount paid, less original shipping costs, will  issue by the same means as your payment was made as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after we receive the item/s back in their original condition.

5. You refuse the delivery of your order and it comes back to us.

If you refuse an item and it comes back to us, you will be issued a refund less our actual costs for shipping and handling.
If the item is damaged during the shipping process, no refund will be issued until the shipping insurance claim process is complete. Once the shipping claim process is complete, you will be issued a refund in the amount we are reimbursed by the shipping company (minus the amount the shipping company charges us for the shipment to you and back to us). If the shipping company does not approve the claim, we are unable to provide a refund.
